Public Area Attendant

Conduct cleaning of all back-of-house areas and maintain well-presented front-of-house public spaces, including the gym. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors, ensuring work is carried out in a manner least affecting guests. Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests upon contact and assist with directions when needed. Ensure the security of personal information for guests and team members by reporting lost items to lost & found with room details. Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, using correct chemicals per H&S regulations. Maintain a positive attitude with co-workers and management. This full-time role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.
