Job Summary
Maintain and clean public areas at The Westin Cincinnati (HEI Hotels & Resorts). Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and floors; dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves; polish metal surfaces; empty ashtrays and trash. Follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents; adhere to attendance rules; perform other related duties as assigned. Must communicate effectively with guests and staff, be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, and stand for long periods. Hotel experience preferred; professional appearance and ability to work with limited supervision are important. The role supports a comprehensive benefits package and a standard hourly wage of $15.96.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
