Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning restrooms throughout the shift. Set up lobby functions, coffee service, and meeting room events while delivering service items to guest rooms upon request. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and drive the shuttle van when needed. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and submit daily assignment checklists to the supervisor. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at the end of the shift. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
