Job Summary
Clean all public areas to required standards, maintain equipment daily, and assist guests as needed. Post caution signs when required and complete deep cleaning projects as assigned. Report any injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor. Operate janitorial tools, handle heavy equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in internal or external environments. Stand for long periods and work weekends or holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the Public Area Attendant cleaning industry
- Integrity
- Capability to work independently
- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
- Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to stand for long periods of times
- Available to work weekends and/or holidays
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs
