Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including deep cleaning floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom maintenance throughout the shift. Set up and maintain lobby functions, coffee service, and nightly concierge events, while delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests. Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and shuttle van operations as needed. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and submit daily assignment checklists to the supervisor. Shift runs from 5PM to 10PM.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
