Oversee daily pub operations and guest experience at The Chestnut Horse, ensuring a relaxed dining atmosphere with home-smoked trout and extensive courtyard seating. Lead team development and recruitment to build a supportive staff, managing morning coffee service and late-night weekend shifts in a busy village setting. Maintain high emotional intelligence standards to uphold the independent ethos and local community hub reputation while driving efforts toward regional awards. Full-time role across five days with two consecutive days off and 28 days holiday entitlement.
