Job Summary
Oversee store operations and staff as a Part-Time Manager-on-Duty at Five Below. Responsibilities include training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout; supervising daily activities of store associates; assisting with receiving and stocking; opening/closing procedures including cash handling and alarms; supporting onboarding and ongoing training; driving sales and managing expenses through merchandising and staff performance; coordinating with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery; performing general store maintenance; and maintaining customer service excellence while adhering to policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience; strong communication skills; ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.
