Job Summary
Sales & Commercial Manager overseeing the Production Technologies & Solutions portfolio with responsibilities for Process Equipment Capital Sales, Services and Production Facilities. Owns the full commercial lifecycle: territory strategy, pipeline development, solution selling, tender management, pricing and contract negotiation, forecasting, and strategic account leadership. Success measured by bookings, revenue, forecast accuracy, and multiyear account penetration while upholding high standards in QHSE, compliance, and customer experience. Located in Jakarta; reports to Asia S&C Manager. Requires Indonesian nationality, engineering degree and 12+ years in oil & gas midstream with client-facing experience and knowledge of oil/gas treatment technologies; English and Bahasa Indonesia desirable.
