Job Summary
Manage day-to-day financial transactions by verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data while reconciling ledgers and vendor accounts. Investigate discrepancies to facilitate timely payments, generate payment runs, and create proposals based on requested reports. Maintain awareness of compliance issues related to accounts payable processes and expense accounts. Requires fluency in English and Italian, with experience in SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- data entry skills and attention to details
- experience with spreadsheets and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of relevant experience
- fluency in spoken and written English
- good command of Italian
- ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
