PTP Accountant

Job Summary
PTP Accountant responsible for data processing in financial systems, timely and accurate booking of invoices and executing payment proposals, preparing entries for accounting documents, analyzing vendor accounts, reconciling balances, supporting month-end and year-end close, and providing PtP reports. Collaboration with OTc and audit teams, adherence to SOX and internal controls, and proactive participation in projects. Requires very good English, strong Excel and SAP skills, plus familiarity with Oracle ERP as an asset. Hybrid work setup in Krakow, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Very good command of English language
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Able to organize self (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
- SAP
- Oracle ERP would be an asset
- Good analytical skills and problem solving approach
