Collect accurate demographic and insurance information from patients to facilitate a successful patient revenue cycle. Handle payments, provide customer service, answer phones, complete and file medical records, verify insurance, and perform diagnosis coding. Maintain a positive impression with patients and visitors while working all hours of operation. This full-time day shift role at Redbank PT/OT Center supports the practice's daily administrative and clinical operations.
