Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and adjust automated candy-making processes on 12-hour shifts (3pm–3am or 3am–3pm) at Elmer Chocolate’s Ponchatoula facility. Read and follow instructions, troubleshoot minor malfunctions on HMI, load/unload candy trays and counter molds, and operate CIP equipment. Overtime and weekend work expected; advancement opportunities available. 18+ with a drug screen required; PTEC associate degree preferred.
