Job Summary
Operate automated deburring equipment, inspect parts with calipers and gauges, communicate quality issues to saw operator, follow supervision to meet production goals, assist with material handling, maintain records, perform preventive maintenance, and lift up to 50 lbs. Works under the direction of the Section Leader and Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment focused on deburring aluminum parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and reach throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Complete production records accurately each shift
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Set up and operate Auto Deburr equipment
- Inspect and measure parts using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Communicate quality issues to saw operator
- Follow direction from Section Leader and Production Supervisor to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading
