Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Duties include observing and reporting patient statuses, assisting in developing care plans, explaining therapy procedures to patients, and ensuring quality treatment. Licensure as a PTA and CPR certification are required, alongside preferred experience in skilled nursing. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to make decisions independently, knowledge of HIPAA compliance, and a positive disposition.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid PTA license
- Current and valid CPR certification
- 1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
