PTA / PRN (Week availability needed)

PTA / PRN position providing individualized physical therapy services to residents per care plans, including preparing equipment, transporting residents to therapy, acting as receptionist for the PT department, demonstrating use of medical appliances, performing therapy in resident rooms, assisting with hydrotherapy and ambulatory training, applying agents and therapies under supervision, monitoring resident responses, and communicating with Supervisory PT regarding the Plan of Care. Week availability required; duties include assisting therapists and nursing staff, supporting ADLs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.
