Provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT's direction, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility techniques. Monitor patient progress, communicate condition changes to the supervising PT and care team, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques. Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care while maintaining compliance with agency policies and state and federal regulations.
