Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility. Implement physical therapy treatment plans, assist patients with transfers and ambulation, and guide strengthening and balance exercises to improve mobility. Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to patients, families, and caregivers. Requires PA PTA licensure; CPR certification preferred; minimum 1+ year SNF experience; capable of assisting with transfers and hands-on therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA
- CPR certification (preferred)
- 1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
