Job Summary
PTA provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/long-term care settings. Requires an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current PTA license. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available. Responsibilities include identifying eligible patients for therapy, coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensuring physician orders are current. Required Qualifications
