Job Summary
PTA – Physical Therapy Assistant needed for per-diem roles in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy, coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral, collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes, maintain required documentation, and obtain up-to-date physician orders. Candidates should hold an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current PTA licensure in the practicing state; new grads welcome with mentorship available. Immigration support for H1B candidates is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
