Job Summary
PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/Long-Term Care. Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral; collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and obtain up-to-date physician orders. Requires an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current state license; new grads welcome with mentorship available.
