Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. Provide PT treatments under licensed PT supervision, identify suitable patients for therapy, coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral, collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes, maintain regulatory-compliant documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. License in state of practice required; associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program. New grads welcome with mentorship. Immigration support for H1B candidates available. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
