PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available; role supports ongoing professional development within a therapy team in SNF/long-term care settings.
