Job Summary
Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents, integrating interactive and gamified tools into treatment plans. Assist the Physical Therapist in treatment, program planning, implementation, related documentation, and communication under physician orders. Support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline while contributing to the development and education of screening processes. Maintain active licensure and BLS certification, utilizing computer applications for job functions within a dynamic, evolving care model focused on neuro recovery and cognitive decline.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed COTA or PTA
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience preferred
- Previous Facility experience preferred
- Ability to project a professional image
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
