Job Summary
As a PTA with Compassus Providence at Home, you will support PTs in therapy sessions to improve patient mobility, using AI-assisted documentation to efficiently capture session details and reduce administrative burden. This home-based role emphasizes patient-centered care, meaningful interactions, and adherence to care standards while traveling locally to Pomona, CA and surrounding areas. You will perform hands-on therapy support, contribute to therapy outcomes documentation with AI tools, and help patients reach recovery goals in a home-health setting. The position requires an accredited PTA degree, 1 year of PTA experience in home care or rehab, an active PTA license in the employment state, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
- 1 year of PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation setting
- Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment
- BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
