Job Summary
PTA PRN position requiring a 2-year associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Responsibilities include assessing residents' physical therapy needs, meeting with residents according to the treatment program schedule, evaluating and maintaining progress records under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, and staying current with professional literature and licensure. Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, staff, and family; able to pass level 2 fingerprinting and background screening; works under supervision of a PT in a healthcare setting in Greenacres, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 2 YEAR ASSOCIATES DEGREE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT IS REQUIRED
- Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
- Pass background screening as per House Bill 531 (2025)
- PRN/Part-time availability
- Current licensure/credentials as PTA in good standing (or eligibility)
