Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with patient treatment plans. Confers regularly with the Physical Therapist regarding progress toward goals, questions, and concerns. Communicate patient needs and assist in securing adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation. Maintain and submit treatment and billing documentation adhering to company, facility, and regulatory timelines. This role offers 1:1 care with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling in Milledgeville, GA, featuring reduced time on feet and team support. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing
- Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
