Job Summary

Plan and carry out treatment programs for residents under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist. Write observations of resident behavior and progress in Progress Notes. Maintain statistical records and departmental reports. Assist with in-service training programs, supply management, and daily equipment sanitation. Arrive on time, utilize the electronic timekeeping system, and adhere to confidentiality standards and facility dress codes. Requires a New York State license, current CPR/BLS credentials, and intermediate English proficiency. Full-time role with 401K matching, PTO, and comprehensive health benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from a physical therapy assistant approved program
  • New York State license to practice
  • Current, valid CPR/BLS credentials
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
