Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services planned and supervised by a Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment. Confer regularly regarding patient progress toward goals, questions, and concerns. Communicate patient needs to the Physical Therapist of record and assist in securing special adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation. Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation adhering to company, facility, funding source, and regulatory timelines. Full-time schedule in Grand Junction, CO, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing
- Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
