Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment. Confer regularly regarding patient progress, questions, and concerns, while communicating needs to the Physical Therapist of record. Assist in securing adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation programs and maintain treatment and billing documentation per regulatory requirements. Full-time coverage in Eastman, GA with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing
- Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
