PTA- New Bedford

PTA to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a home health setting serving New Bedford and surrounding areas. The role is full-time or part-time with pay-per-visit rates starting at $50. Responsibilities include following the Plan of Care, preparing daily progress notes, maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, submitting visit records promptly, participating in in-service trainings, and adhering to agency policies. Qualifications include a current PTA license in the New Bedford area, preferably 1 year PT/PTA experience, experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) preferred, current physical exam and TB test within 12 months, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to attend a 3-day orientation in Taunton.
