PTA - Miami County - Home Health

Provide physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities, under the direction of a licensed PT. Monitor patient progress, communicate condition changes to the care team, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention. Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with agency policies and state and federal home health regulations. This part-time PRN role offers weekly pay, pay per visit, and flexible scheduling within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients regain strength and independence in their own homes.
