Job Summary
Conduct treatment, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education aimed at improving well-being while following the established plan of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising PT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician. Coordinate care with other healthcare team members and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy within the scope of practice. Adhere to all state-specific laws governing physical therapy in home care, performing only procedures for which you are qualified and trained. This role offers a total cash target pay range of $49,500 to $109,300 annually, with compensation based on visit productivity points and hourly rates for non-visit activities. Required Qualifications
- Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of Washington
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle
- Public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Ability to pass a drug test

- Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
