PTA - Greene County - Home Health

Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care under the direction of a licensed PT, assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility techniques. Monitor patient progress, communicate changes to the supervising PT and care team, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation while collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with agency policies and state and federal home health regulations. Requires current Ohio PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling available.
