Conduct therapeutic exercises, including stretching, strength training, and physical manipulation, under the direction of licensed physical therapists to help patients regain movement and manage pain. Observe patient issues and accurately report findings to supervising therapists while tracking progress. Manage the treatment area by ensuring it remains clean, neat, and ready for each patient. Lift clients and spend significant time on feet, requiring strength and stamina. An Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program is required, with Lymphedema Certification preferred.
