Job Summary
PT Weekend-only Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional in St. Cloud, MN. Direct-care role supporting a residential treatment program. Responsibilities include monitoring the daily behavioral management program, ensuring client participation, administering urinalysis and breathalyzers, general housekeeping, handling multiple priorities, exercising independent discretion, and collaborating with others. Requires effective written and verbal communication, empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Must be a mandated reporter with a cleared MN DHS background. Schedule is 8-hour shifts on weekends (Friday–Sunday); in-person placement in St. Cloud, MN. Nice-to-haves include Microsoft 365 experience and First Aid/CPR certification.
