Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Cultivate independent living skills and facilitate meaningful personal relationships while supporting community participation and exploration. Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements when applicable. Complete required documentation including incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, and fire drills. Work weekends from Saturday 10am to Sunday 9pm. This role offers paid training in CPR/First Aid and Med Tech Certification, along with tuition reimbursement and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Current driver's license (not provisional)
- Driving record with less than 3 points
- Ability to transport people supported as needed
- Ability to lift and transfer
