PT Weekend Concierge

Greet residents, guests, and vendors while monitoring building access and visitor entry procedures. Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly, then coordinate deliveries, packages, and service requests. Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and visitor logs; assist residents with reservations, move-ins/move-outs, and amenity scheduling. Communicate with maintenance staff, security personnel, and property management; monitor security cameras to report suspicious activity or emergencies. Ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming; handle resident complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Support emergency procedures and building protocols as needed. Part-time Saturday and Sunday shifts from 4pm to 12am.
