Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Cultivate independent living skills, facilitate community participation, and assist in developing meaningful relationships. Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements while completing documentation such as incident reports, progress notes, and behavior data. Work Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 10pm. Current driver's license with less than three points and at least two years of driving experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
- Must be able to transport people supported as needed
- Some lifting and transferring may be required
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must have at least 2 years of driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D Preferred
