Job Summary
This role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. It sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitating training for new and current employees; ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures; managing department resources for maximum output and efficiency; promoting a positive, team-oriented environment; implementing personal development plans; ensuring orientation and ongoing training, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Management experience - Preferred
