Job Summary
Greet and welcome all guests while explaining prices, retrieving and parking vehicles, and assisting with luggage and special needs. Fill out valet tickets, conduct vehicle damage checks, and maintain keys in an organized, secure manner. Ensure the valet area remains clean and professional, reporting any accidents or incidents immediately. Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate operations during arrivals and departures, adhering to safety protocols and AAA Parking's standards for attitude, assistance, and appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
