Job Summary
Join Salem Five as a PT Universal Banker II responsible for achieving store goals through active participation in sales programs. Utilize mobile and desktop applications to assist customers, ensure operational integrity by complying with security procedures, and guide Universal Banker I's. This role requires excellent communication skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to demonstrate product capabilities. Offering a pay range of $21.00 - $28.00 an hour plus incentives, this part-time position includes benefits such as health insurance and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or relevant retail sales experience

- excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving abilities

- Previous supervisory/management experience
- 2 to 3 years in retail banking
