Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and participate in shrink reduction and safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This entry-level role at Homesense, a TJX brand, supports the off-price retailer's mission of delighting shoppers with hidden treasures. Starting pay ranges from $13.25 to $13.75 per hour for the 7 am shift.
