Job Summary
Lead Physical Therapy operations and patient care as a Team Leader, assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, orientation, training, and communications with physical therapy staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, build rewarding patient relationships, and support recovery by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories and drive compassionate, personalized care using cutting-edge technology within a collaborative team. Requires current state licensure/certification, CPR within 30 days, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program, and at least three years of PT or leadership experience (including two years clinical). Active on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications preferred. Emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures to deliver high-quality care across our inpatient rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications preferred
