Job Summary
PT Teller I provides customer-focused banking service by handling a range of transactions (deposits, cash handling, checks) and cross-selling appropriate bank products, while upholding accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, posting transactions, balancing cash, processing night depository deposits, and supporting deposit operations; requires basic math, ability to interpret documents, and proficient computer and office software skills. The role progresses through levels 1–3 with opportunities to advance to leadership under TIP, and emphasizes cross-selling and delivering world-class service in a typical branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
