Job Summary

Lead team members, train non-management staff, and ensure guest satisfaction by operating projection and audio-visual equipment while enforcing dress codes and safety protocols. Monitor maintenance standards, investigate accidents, and report policy violations to management. Coordinate marketing campaigns, manage risk for employee and patron safety, and handle emergency and evacuation procedures. Directly supervise employees, communicate with vendors and corporate staff, and perform additional duties as assigned by Theatre Management.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three months supervisory experience
  • 6 months theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program
  • A combination of supervisory and theatre experience
  • Showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management
  • Legal age to sell and serve alcohol (if assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol)
  • Completion of any legally required state or local training for alcohol service
  • Required certificate for alcohol service
  • Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy
  • Good public speaking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc.
  • Ability to listen effectively, respond clearly and directly
  • Ability to explain information to others
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to identify and correct errors

  • Ability to monitor risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents and reporting those details to management
  • Ability to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as harassment prevention and other regulatory compliance
