Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales goals through daily, weekly, and monthly targets while providing professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options. Educate clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal guidelines are followed. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, handle cash transactions, and oversee opening and closing duties. Complete daily administrative tasks and track progress. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for up to seven hours per day and lifting 25 pounds without assistance. Flexible availability is essential, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
