Job Summary
Support Lead at Five Below in Hornell, NY (PT). Responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, overseeing daily store activities, assisting with receiving and organizing stock, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security, onboarding and training of associates, driving store sales, controlling expenses through merchandising and team performance, and maintaining store operations and cleanliness. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends, physical tasks such as moving up to 25 lbs, and frequent interaction with customers and staff. Required Qualifications
