Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production, and attendance standards. Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements while managing department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment through pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement. Implement personal development plans, provide orientation, skills training, and regular evaluations to support employee growth. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs., flexible shift hours up to five days per week, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
