Job Summary
Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life. Manage cash register operations, shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays. Ensure customers feel welcome and that their wants and needs are exceeded at every step. Operate with integrity, reliability, and kindness while demonstrating enthusiasm for Converse products and services. Work part-time, 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 (U.S)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
