Job Summary
Stock Associate responsible for maintaining back-of-house stockroom and supporting sales/management teams. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving weekly, communicating shipment discrepancies to prevent inventory errors, processing internal product transfers and client orders, executing cycle counts, preparing stockroom and sales floor for inventory, resolving inventory discrepancies and adjustments, and supporting store operations. Requires 1+ years of retail experience with back-of-house focus, strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office, and ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending/stooping/kneeling, climbing ladders, and extended standing. Benefits package available contingent on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities
